Dallas Adds Former Top Pick Zaccharie Risacher Through Trade

**Fort Worth, Texas** — On July 19, 2026, the Dallas Mavericks added forward Zaccharie Risacher in a three-team trade with Atlanta and Oklahoma City.

Dallas acquired Risacher, the top choice in the 2024 NBA Draft, plus Atlanta’s top-55-protected second-round pick in 2027. The Mavericks sent Ryan Nembhard to Atlanta and routed a 2027 Chicago second-round pick to Oklahoma City.

According to the Mavericks, Risacher has appeared in 142 NBA games and owns career averages of 11.1 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie First Team for 2024-25.

Dallas also said the 21-year-old played for France in the 2025 EuroBasket competition. The transaction was announced by all three clubs, according to Hoops Rumors.

American Airlines Center, the Mavericks’ home arena, is about 33 miles east of Fort Worth, connecting the roster move to the wider Metroplex fan market.
