Week 4 high school football games in the Fort Worth area concluded with several district and non-district matchups, while additional contests were scheduled for the following day.

High school football games across the Fort Worth area took place on Thursday, September 17, with results recorded across multiple district classifications. In District 4-6A, FW Boswell defeated Justin Northwest 31-28, while Southlake Carroll beat Keller Central 35-17. District 11-6A saw Red Oak edge out Mansfield 23-20. In District 7-5A DII, Ennis won 42-20 against Arlington Seguin.

Non-district games on Thursday included a 49-14 victory for NRH Birdville over Keller Fossil Ridge. Lucas Lovejoy narrowly beat FW All Saints Episcopal 30-28. Mineral Wells defeated Carrollton Turner 42-7, and Sanger won 42-32 against Whitesboro.

A large slate of games was scheduled for Friday, September 18, with most contests starting at 7 p.m. District 3-6A matchups included Aledo at Granbury, Arlington versus Arlington Sam Houston at Choctaw Stadium, and Arlington Bowie against Arlington Lamar at Maverick Stadium. Weatherford was set to play at Arlington Martin.

In District 4-6A, Haslet Eaton faced Trophy Club Byron Nelson at Northwest ISD Stadium, and Keller played Keller Timber Creek at Keller ISD Stadium. District 11-6A featured Dallas Skyline versus Crowley at Crowley ISD Stadium, North Crowley at Duncanville, and Mansfield Lake Ridge against Waxahachie at Lumpkins Stadium.

District 4-5A DI games included FW Polytechnic versus FW Arlington Heights at Clark Stadium, FW North Side against FW Trimble Tech at Scarborough-Handley Field, and FW Wyatt versus FW Paschal at Farrington Field. FW South Hills was scheduled to play at WS Brewer.

District 8-5A DI contests included DeSoto versus Burleson Centennial at Burleson ISD Stadium, Cedar Hill against Midlothian at Midlothian ISD Stadium, and Cleburne versus Mansfield Legacy at Anderson Stadium. Mansfield Summit was set to play at Lancaster.

Additional District 7-5A DII games included Burleson versus Mansfield Timberview at Newsom Stadium, Corsicana at Everman, and Midlothian Heritage at Joshua. Special programs and non-district games were also scheduled, including Arlington Oakridge at San Antonio TMI, FW Country Day at Austin St. Andrew's, and numerous other matchups across various classifications.
