Trammell supplies the biggest swing
388 feet was the listed distance on Trammell’s three-run homer, the game’s only home run, and it helped carry the Houston Astros to a 7-2 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Daikin Park.
Trammell’s drive to right came in the bottom of the fifth with Walker and Altuve aboard. It turned a 3-2 Astros lead into a 6-2 advantage, giving Houston the separation it kept the rest of the way.
Altuve also had two run-scoring singles. He scored the first run of the game and later drove in the go-ahead run in the fifth and another run in the seventh.

Houston made it 2-0 later in the inning when Smith singled to left and Trammell scored on a throwing error by left fielder Sánchez. Smith reached second on the error, and Diaz reached third on the play.
Toronto tied the game in the top of the fifth. Straw tripled to center, scoring Giménez, and then scored on a wild pitch by Wesneski to make it 2-2.
