North Texas will have nine home games at the Super Pit as part of its 13-game nonconference schedule for 2026-27, the program announced through UNT Athletics and second-year head coach Daniyal Robinson. The Mean Green will face Texas State on Dec. 13 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth during the Coast-to-Coast Challenge, its second straight appearance in the event.

The schedule's road portion starts Nov. 20 at App State in Boone, North Carolina. North Texas will also compete in the Snake Rivers Invitational in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Nov. 27-29, with Drake, North Dakota State and Boise State listed as its opponents.

The team will return to Texas for its final six nonconference games, including a Dec. 4 matchup with Bradley and a Dec. 6 game against Mississippi Valley State.

North Texas starts the season at home against Southwest Christian on Nov. 2, then hosts McNeese on Nov. 5, Santa Clara on Nov. 11 and South Alabama on Nov. 14. McNeese and Santa Clara made the 2025-26 NCAA Tournament, while South Alabama appeared in the NIT.

Winthrop, Bethune-Cookman and the University of the Southwest complete the schedule with home games on Dec. 16, Dec. 20 and Dec. 22. The American Conference schedule will be released later. Season tickets are offered through the Mean Green Ticket Office at 940-565-2527 or ticketoffice@unt.edu.
