Fort Worth, Texas — Dallas will begin its 2026-27 regular season at American Airlines Center on Oct. 2, hosting the St. Louis Blues under the schedule released Thursday.

Dallas will play 41 home games. The team has nine dates at its home arena in October and a late-month stretch of six consecutive home contests. January is its busiest month away from home, with 10 road games.

The Stars also will take the ice at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Feb. 20 against the Vegas Golden Knights. The NHL lists the outdoor Stadium Series game for a 7 p.m. Central start and an ABC broadcast.

For Fort Worth-area hockey followers, the Arlington event is one of the schedule's local dates. The NHL's coming campaign expands to 84 games, the first regular season of that length since 1993-94.

Public single-game sales have not been dated. The organization said some enrolled fan programs will have an earlier buying window.
