Fort Worth residents can bring a new, unwrapped toy to City Hall on Thursday, Oct. 15, when the local Toys for Tots program holds its 2026 holiday drive kickoff.
The public event is scheduled for 6:45 to 9:30 a.m. Central time at the City Hall Back Porch, 100 Fort Worth Trail, according to the city’s Oct. 5 announcement.
Santa Claus and the Texas Girls Choir are on the program, and two food trucks will offer breakfast. The city says people who bring a toy donation will receive a free beverage. Separately, the first 100 attendees will receive $5 off a food-truck purchase.
Toys for Tots collects and distributes holiday gifts through the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and community volunteers. The City Hall event is open to residents and city employees.
