Dallas-Fort Worth has matched its previous annual high for industrial leases of at least 1 million square feet, reaching that total before the final quarter of the year. CoStar reported the milestone Sept. 21.
Dallas is about 31 miles east of Fort Worth. CoStar’s report did not identify the leases or properties included in the total and provided no further information about them.
