Charles Schwab Bank has entered into a partnership with The DEC Network to establish a new facility in Fort Worth. The space, located at 600 Bryan Ave., Suite 220, in the South Main neighborhood, is designed to provide local business owners with access to financial education, mentorship, and networking resources.

The DEC Network is a Dallas-based nonprofit organization focused on supporting new businesses. The organization has received $500,000 over two years from the Fort Worth Local Development Corp., a city-established nonprofit for economic development. This new expansion extends an existing relationship between the two entities.

In 2025, Charles Schwab Bank secured naming rights for The DEC Network’s RedBird center, which is now known as The DEC Network Powered by Charles Schwab Bank.

The new Fort Worth location will function as a hub connecting entrepreneurs with experienced professionals and community resources. Offerings include educational programming on financial capability, personalized coaching, and events supporting innovation. Spanish-language programs are also part of the available services.

A central component of the partnership involves direct connections between entrepreneurs and Charles Schwab employees, who will share expertise to assist with business growth and challenge navigation.

Charles Schwab, the parent company of the bank, moved its headquarters to Westlake in 2021, constructing a 70-acre campus. The firm, which has a market capitalization of $185 billion, employs more than 7,000 people in North Texas and serves as the title sponsor for the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club.

According to The DEC Network, the collaboration with Charles Schwab Bank has helped launch more than 5,000 businesses. The nonprofit also states that it has connected entrepreneurs with over $3.4 million in capital since the partnership began.
