Blue Bell is expanding its Lone Star Scoop Tour to the Dallas-Fort Worth region, offering free hand-dipped ice cream and frozen snacks to local residents. The Texas-based manufacturer is using the mobile tour to thank communities for their long-standing support of the brand.

The promotional truck will arrive in North Texas starting July 10, 2026, and will continue visiting locations through August 28. Prior to reaching the DFW area, the tour has already made stops in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi.

During the DFW leg of the journey, the Blue Bell truck will visit Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, McKinney, Midlothian, and Wylie. Many of these stops are planned for parking lots of major grocery chains, including Walmart, Kroger, and Tom Thumb. Specific times and addresses for each location are available on the company website.

Visitors to the tour may have the opportunity to sample the Red, White & Blue Bell flavor. This patriotic-themed ice cream has recently returned to store shelves to mark the 250th anniversary of the United States. The company noted that additional cities and dates will be added to the schedule on a monthly basis.
