A juvenile sustained non-life-threatening injuries following an accidental shooting in Fort Worth on Tuesday night, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.

Officers were dispatched to the 3600 block of North Crowley Cleburne Road shortly before 11 p.m. Upon arrival, law enforcement personnel located the victim, who had sustained a gunshot wound. Emergency crews transported the juvenile to a local hospital for treatment.

Police officials have not released additional specifics regarding the incident at this time. The investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting is ongoing.
