Fort Worth, Texas — Gas prices in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averaged $3.7260 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 25, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.7430 yesterday. That is up from $3.6400 a week ago but higher than $3.2020 a month ago.
The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.7030, while the national average is $4.1110. Drivers in the Fort Worth-Arlington area are paying above the state average and below the national average.
The Fort Worth-Arlington average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8360. Regular prices are about 52 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.9490, drivers are paying about 78 cents more per gallon.
