Fort Worth Gas Prices Nudge Lower to $3.7430 as Monthly Costs Rise — July 24, 2026

Regular unleaded averages $3.7430 in the Fort Worth-Arlington area, down from yesterday, up from last week and above the Texas average.

Fort Worth, Texas — Gas prices in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averaged $3.7430 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 24, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.7450 yesterday. That is up from $3.6610 a week ago but higher than $3.2230 a month ago.

The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.7090, while the national average is $4.1050. Drivers in the Fort Worth-Arlington area are paying above the state average and below the national average.

The Fort Worth-Arlington average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8360. Regular prices are about 52 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.9360, drivers are paying about 81 cents more per gallon.

Diesel in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averages $4.9480 per gallon, AAA reported.
