Fort Worth Gas Prices Ease to $3.6250 as Monthly Costs Rise — July 19, 2026

Regular unleaded averages $3.6250 in the Fort Worth-Arlington area, down from yesterday, up from last week and above the Texas average.

Fort Worth, Texas — Gas prices in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averaged $3.6250 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 19, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.6400 yesterday. That is up from $3.3660 a week ago but higher than $3.3700 a month ago.

The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.5640, while the national average is $3.9980. Drivers in the Fort Worth-Arlington area are paying above the state average and below the national average.

The Fort Worth-Arlington average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8360. Regular prices are about 25 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.8370, drivers are paying about 79 cents more per gallon.

Diesel in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averages $4.7790 per gallon, AAA reported.
