Fort Worth, Texas — Gas prices in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averaged $3.5330 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 15, 2026, according to AAA, up from $3.3290 yesterday. That is up from $3.2810 a week ago but higher than $3.3290 a month ago.
The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.4840, while the national average is $3.8900. Drivers in the Fort Worth-Arlington area are paying above the state average and below the national average.
The Fort Worth-Arlington average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8360. Regular prices are about 20 cents higher than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.9030, drivers are paying about 63 cents more per gallon.
Diesel in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averages $4.6760 per gallon, AAA reported.
