Regular unleaded averages $3.1930 in the Fort Worth-Arlington area, down from yesterday, up from last week and below the Texas average.

Fort Worth, Texas — Gas prices in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averaged $3.1930 per gallon for regular unleaded on July 7, 2026, according to AAA, down from $3.2020 yesterday. That is up from $3.1510 a week ago but lower than $3.5260 a month ago.

The statewide average in Texas stands at $3.3200, while the national average is $3.7900. Drivers in the Fort Worth-Arlington area are paying below the state average and below the national average.

The Fort Worth-Arlington average remains below its AAA recorded high of $4.8360. Regular prices are about 33 cents lower than a month ago. Compared with a year ago, when the metro average was $2.7000, drivers are paying about 49 cents more per gallon.

Diesel in the Fort Worth-Arlington area averages $4.1810 per gallon, AAA reported.
