The J. Alexander Law Firm is partnering with 97.9 The Beat and Hibbett Sports to distribute free backpacks to school-age children in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. The initiative consists of four separate events scheduled for Sundays in August and September. Each event runs from 10 to 11 a.m., with one session held at a different store location per date.
The first giveaway is set for Aug. 16 at Hibbett Eastchase, located at 1450 Eastchase Pkwy, Space 200, in Fort Worth. The following event will take place on Aug. 23 at Hibbett Renaissance Square, 2714 Renaissance Square, Fort Worth. On Aug. 30, the distribution moves to Hibbett Pinnacle at 4424 Dallas Fort Worth Turnpike, Space 3, in Dallas.
The final event is scheduled for Sept. 6 at Hibbett Fair Park, 1441 Robert B Cullum Blvd, Suite 130, in Dallas.
Participation is open to any school-age child present at the store during the designated hour. There are no requirements for a purchase, proof of enrollment, or paperwork. Backpacks are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Families are instructed to walk in with their child and collect the item at the J. Alexander Law table situated near the front of the store.
