SUMMARY:The Nutcracker: A Welcoming Performance (sensory-friendly)
LOCATION:I.M. Terrell Performing Arts Center\, 1411 I.M. Terrell Circle Sou
 th\, Fort Worth\, TX 76102
DESCRIPTION:North Central Ballet's sensory-friendly dress rehearsal of The
Nutcracker\, for children and adults who find a traditional theater perfor
mance hard to sit through\, including people with sensory processing diffe
rences\, autism or developmental differences. The company says sound will
be softer\, the house lights will stay partly on\, guests are free to move
\, talk or take breaks\, and a quiet calm zone will be set up in the lobby
. Because it is a working rehearsal\, there may be stops\, repeats and pau
ses. It runs about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Everyone is welcome\, and no dia
 gnosis or documentation is required.\n\nhttps://www.northcentralballet.com
