The Fort Worth Food + Wine Foundation (FWFWF) unveiled its schedule of autumn gatherings, emphasizing educational programming alongside established community events. The roster includes four recurring activities running from September through November, designed to highlight the culinary landscape across North Texas.

Julie Eastman, executive director of the foundation, described the season as a consolidation of the organization’s broader goals. She noted that the lineup illustrates how attendee support funds various initiatives, ranging from chef stipends and emergency relief to scholarships for current and emerging talent. The foundation has previously raised over $765,000 to support grants and industry resources.

The schedule features Industry Insights, a bi-monthly lunch-and-learn series tailored for food and beverage workers. This free program is supported in part by The Culinary School of Fort Worth. Sessions cover practical topics such as commercial real estate, mentorship strategies, and workforce retention.

Two upcoming dates have been confirmed: September 21 and November 16, both from noon to 1 p.m. at the school’s location on Camp Bowie Boulevard.

Other returning events include Shooting with the Chefs, The Napa Valley Wine Experience, and Night Market. The wine experience will feature tastings from 45 wineries in Napa Valley. Night Market is described as a street-style gathering offering global food options.

Eastman stated that the fall season allows the foundation to reconnect with chefs and supporters after the summer break. The events aim to foster entrepreneurship and build connections within the agriculture, hospitality, and beverage sectors.
