Yindee Thai has opened its doors near the H Mart superstore at NE Loop 820, drawing early visitors to the busy commercial strip. The restaurant is located at 3950 NE Loop 820, situated at the intersection with North Beach Street.

The establishment is the latest venture from the Thanpaisarnsamut family, who have worked in the Thai food industry for nearly two decades. Their previous culinary projects include Thai Select, Thailicious, Spice, Blue Jasmine, and locations in the Bangkok and Southlake areas.

Yindee distinguishes itself with a menu that includes chargrilled meats and regional specialties. Diners can order chargrilled half-chicken prepared with a Thai marinade, as well as chargrilled rib-eye, shrimp, pork shoulder, or calamari. The kitchen also prepares skewers alongside charred okra and mushrooms.

A notable dish is the pad Thai hor Khai, which features stir-fried noodles topped with net-like strands of yellow egg. The menu also offers regional items from northeastern Thailand’s Isan province and coastal selections such as whole garlic snapper, Thai chili clams, panang lobster curry, and lobster pad Thai.

Standard offerings include tom kha and tom yum soups, along with red and green curries. A sirloin Massaman curry is available, and the kitchen can modify dishes upon request, such as preparing chicken kaphrao with shredded meat instead of the usual preparation.

The restaurant serves mango sticky rice for dessert, presented with red rice arranged in a heart shape. The family notes that spice levels in Haltom City run hotter than those in west Fort Worth.

Yindee Thai is located at the far end of the shopping strip near Uncle Tatsu cheesecake bakery and 85°C Bakery. Contact information includes the phone number 682-250-4776 and the website yindeethai.com.
