Fred's Texas Cafe in Fort Worth is collaborating with Stone's Throw Farm to create job opportunities for individuals who often face barriers in the workforce. Stone's Throw Farm is a nonprofit organization established by the family of Jackson Stone to support young adults with learning differences.

Jack Stone, Jackson's father, explained that the initiative addresses a gap in services for those aging out of the school system. He noted that while individuals like his son may process tasks differently or at a varied pace, they possess valuable contributions to make to the community.

Cliff Whaley, the director of operations at Fred's Texas Cafe, emphasized that the program allows the public to witness the capabilities of these employees. He expressed pride in offering a workplace environment that highlights their abilities rather than focusing on limitations.
