Tyler Loop made a 56-yard field goal as time expired to give the Baltimore Ravens a 34-31 win Sunday at Maracanã Stadium. The announced crowd of 72,792 saw the NFL's first game in Rio and its third in Brazil.
A back-and-forth game
Aubrey's 28-yard field goal and a 2-yard touchdown run by Javonte Williams put Dallas up 10-0 in the first quarter. Baltimore took over from there behind Derrick Henry, who scored on runs of 4 and 3 yards, and led 24-13 after Lamar Jackson's 4-yard touchdown pass to Chris Moore in the third quarter.
Dallas pulled even and then some. Dak Prescott's 19-yard touchdown pass to Jake Ferguson and a two-point conversion to CeeDee Lamb made it 24-21, and KaVontae Turpin's 9-yard touchdown run gave the Cowboys a 28-24 lead in the fourth quarter.
The last 90 seconds
Jackson's 2-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Matt Hibner put Baltimore ahead 31-28 with 1:30 left. Prescott led the Cowboys into range for Aubrey's tying kick. With seven seconds left, Jackson completed a 27-yard pass to Zay Flowers and called timeout with one second remaining, setting up Loop's winner, according to the Associated Press.
